The VVWRA Finance team is responsible for the coordination of all Finance matters within the organization which includes but is not limited to: budget preparation and administration, preparation of various financial reports, general accounting, administration of the Agency debt, and providing financial advice to the General Manager and Agency Board of Commissioners.
